spinach and mushroom creamy tomato pasta sauce

2 midium tomatos
2 large button mushrooms
1 big handful spinach
1/2 onion
1 1/2 cup of soy milk
olive oil
salt
pepper
(if you like, you can add some garlic ;) )

*Begin by putting much whole pasta as you'd like on to cook, so that it can be cooking while you make the sauce.

chop the tomato into small pieces. also chop the onion very small pieces.
slice the mushrooms.
saute chopped onions in sauce pan until it begine to turn gently brown.
then put and saute the mushrooms about a minute.
and then put th tomatos and soy milk.
after it's nice and creamy, add some salt and pepper.
last, put the spinach and put on lid and wait 30 seconds.
